  • Return Policy

    Eligible items may be returned in exchange for store credit. You have 15 days from the date the order was placed to return the unwanted product. When returning an item the shipping cost is the direct responsibility of the customer. Items that are damaged, used and/or not of its original stature will not be accepted returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed & with tags still attached. We do NOT accept returns or issue store credit for Final Sale/Clearance items.

  • Refund Policy

    Here at Southern Twang we unfortunately can not issue refunds. We do however give store credit based upon the amount of the “refund” requested. This store credit will be issued once the item(s) have been returned. Store Credit is applicable for the life of the business.

  • Damaged/Defective Items

    In the event you receive a damaged/defective item please contact us so we can make it right by replacing said item. If the item requested is out of stock a store credit will be issued. We do require pictures of the damaged/defective items for our records.

  • Wholesale

    Southern Twang does wholesale! At this time we only do wholesale for our Southern Twang designed Tees & Stickers! We wish to expand our available wholesale items as we expand our inventory. Please feel free to contact us with your wholesale inquiries.
